Recycling

Timely and correct disposal of plastic helps to minimize risks to the environment. As one of the largest manufacturers of plastic products in Russia, we understand our responsibility and are actively involved in plastic recycling.

Our company has its own facilities for the production of raw materials based on secondary materials: granulates from polypropylene and polyethylene and composite materials based on polypropylene and polyamide.

Polypropylene and polyethylene solid waste processing line. This line processes thick-walled products and technological waste in the form of ingots by means of shredding and further grinding. Waste grinding takes place automatically. The output is ground secondary material, which is suitable for further processing into granules or for casting products by means of injection moulding.
Line for the processing of soft waste (films, non-woven waste based on polypropylene). This line produces secondary granulate based on polypropylene. The resulting granulate is suitable for the production of articles by means of injection moulding or extrusion and for the production of composite materials.

Equipment

The production facilities are equipped with the latest machine tools and assembly lines. Most of the products are obtained in injection moulding machines by melting granular polymer material and extruding it into a mould.

The main technologies used in production are:

Plastic injection molding.
The most widespread technology at all sites of our enterprise.

This is a technology in which a thermoplastic material, preheated to a viscous-flowing state, is extruded by a screw at very high pressure into a closed mould, in which, when cooled, it turns into the corresponding product

The share of products manufactured using this technology out of the total production of products is 82.5%.

Examples are basins, buckets, boxes, containers and many other items.

Manufacture of brushware.
Examples are sanitary and hygienic brushes, household brushes, toilet brushes, household brushes etc.

Each of the listed technologies is intended for certain types of products using universal or specially equipped machines, tooling and developed technology
